FAQ
How much does it cost?
Every project is unique, and the cost will be decided upon or after a free consultation. After receiving more details. However, we have a minimum of USD 1200 to get started on any project.
How do I book?
Shoot us an email, and we will get you started with a free project booklet so that you can fill out some basic information about your project. After that, we can book a free consultation to go over more details.
What types of animation do you create?
We specialize in high-end motion design for B2B tech, SaaS, and luxury brands. This includes explainer videos, product demos, brand launch campaigns, 3D animation, cinematic storytelling, and onboarding videos. Our work combines technical mastery with strategic storytelling to solve specific business problems.
How much does an explainer video cost?
Explainer video projects typically range from $8,000–$25,000+ depending on complexity, length, animation style (2D vs. 3D), and revision rounds. We provide a custom quote after understanding your specific goals, timeline, and deliverables. Every project is tailored to your budget and business objectives.
How long does a motion design project take?
Most projects take 4–8 weeks from initial concept through final delivery. This includes discovery and strategy, scriptwriting, storyboarding, animation production, revisions, and final delivery. Rush timelines are available for projects requiring faster turnaround. We'll establish a clear timeline upfront based on your deadline and project scope.
What's the difference between 2D and 3D animation?
2D animation is flat, illustration-based motion (like infographics coming to life). It's faster, more cost-effective, and great for explaining concepts. 3D animation is dimensional, photorealistic, and cinematic—ideal for product visualization, brand launches, and premium positioning. We recommend 3D for product-focused content and 2D for concept-heavy explainers. The right choice depends on your goals, budget, and audience.
Do you work with remote clients and international teams?
Yes. We work with clients globally across all time zones. Communication happens via Zoom, Slack, email, and shared project files. We've successfully partnered with startups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits across multiple countries. Being remote-first means faster collaboration, flexible scheduling, and the ability to assemble specialized teams for each project.
What software and tools do you use?
We work with industry-standard tools: Cinema 4D and Blender for 3D modeling and animation, After Effects for motion graphics and compositing, Premiere Pro for video editing, and Figma for design and storyboarding. We also integrate AI tools like Kling, Runway Flow, and Nano Banana to enhance efficiency and creative possibilities. This combination allows us to produce high-quality work efficiently.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. We integrate your brand guidelines, visual identity, color palette, and tone into every project. During the discovery phase, we review your brand assets and establish clear creative direction that aligns with your existing brand. If you don't have formal guidelines, we can help develop a visual style that matches your brand positioning.
What's included in a typical motion design project?
A typical project includes: discovery call and strategy session, scriptwriting and concept development, storyboarding, design and animation production, 2–3 rounds of revisions, sound design and voiceover integration, final color grading and compositing, and delivery in multiple formats (web, social, broadcast). We work collaboratively throughout—you're involved at every stage.
How do we get started?
Start with a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll discuss your goals, timeline, budget, and vision. You'll share your project brief and any reference materials. We'll answer your questions and give you a clear next steps plan. If it's a good fit, we'll send a formal proposal with scope, timeline, and investment. No pressure—we only take projects we're genuinely excited about.
What industries and companies have you worked with?
We've created motion design for SaaS, fintech, gaming, nonprofits, luxury brands, and enterprise software. Notable clients and projects include Wizards of the Coast (Strixhaven expansion), Honest Dollar (fintech onboarding, later acquired by Goldman Sachs), The Archibald Project (nonprofit advocacy), New Era Cap (brand positioning), and others. We specialize in helping growth-stage startups and enterprise companies communicate complexity with clarity and impact.
